Job responsibilities:

1.Customer requirements docking, analysis, delivery and preliminary technical program output;
2.Customer project docking: align with the vehicle development plan, quality plan, output each project corresponding to the engine development plan, and tracking to promote;
3.Vehicle supporting development docking, providing solutions and confirming with customers, signing agreements and providing product information;
4.Responsible for project PDT team pull-through and dynamic transmission center synergy. Completion of the whole machine loading review, including prototype static + dynamic review, vehicle test coordination vehicle test, vehicle optimization project matters coordination support and vehicle announcement declaration support;
5.Responsible for customer support, positive solution project management (demand input, prototype delivery, SOP assurance), tracking and promotion. Assist in the completion of the project quality improvement enhancement.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or aboveor assistant grade or above;
2.Thermal power, vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, reliability technology, mechanical design and automation, casting materials;
3. more than 3 years of vehicle supporting, vehicle testing related experience or machine performance development, vehicle and machine supporting calibration related work experience;
4. Basic mechanical theory, internal combustion engine structure and design, diesel engine manufacturing process, automobile structure, quality management theory and practice, basic management;
5. Strong judgment and analysis ability of engine failure, proficient in the use of office software;
6. good expression ability, communication and coordination ability, analysis and judgment ability, self-psychological adjustment ability, teamwork consciousness, can adapt to travel;
7.Good working and learning attitude, careful, serious and responsible.
